Most of what I do assumes you already have something built and you're ready to grow it. If you're earlier than that, I help you get there first: validating the idea, shaping the first version, and finding the people who actually want it.
Before anything gets built, I help you talk to real potential customers. We find out if the problem is real, if it's painful enough to act on, and if people would actually pay to have it solved. This is where most ideas get sharpened, and some get rethought entirely, before any money or time goes into building.
Once there's a real signal, we scope a first version small enough to launch fast and real enough that people can actually use it. The goal isn't a polished product. It's the smallest thing that lets you learn whether you're right.
With something real in people's hands, we watch what they actually do, not just what they say, and keep adjusting until the thing sticks. Once you have something people genuinely want, that's when the growth marketing work on the rest of this site comes in.
